This past Saturday, me & the miss cooked a delicious dinner that got inspired while we were walking the isles of Superstore… we both love that place! We were walking the vegetable area and saw some fennel and Mariel remembered a recipe that included the fennel, arugula, and prosciutto that was oven roasted with brown sugar. With the salad we just made a simple balsamic, olive oil, s&p dressing to top it off. Then we decided to cook chicken breasts for our protein that was covered in poultry herb/butter then stuffed with our favourite cheese… goat cheese! Then for desert we bought some of the desert tofu from Superstore and nom’d on that… Well here are the photo’s of our delicious meal!
