
I had a good slump of not cooking for a couple of weeks now and yesterday I FINALLY had motivation/inspiration to cook! I knew that my dad was cooking a roast, which btw was soo GOOD!, and I wanted two sides to compliment the meat. I went with the steady & true of roasted potatoes with fresh rosemary, olive oil, and salt/pepper. The second side I wanted to try something different and I remembered going to my cousins house during summertime which she baked an asparagus tart. I knew the basic ingredients of using a puff pastry, asparagus, & parmesan cheese…it came out AMAZINGLY! I’m super stoked to get back into the groove of cooking.
