Nom'n At Kyoto
Sushi & Sashimi is honestly one of my favourite things to eat… it’s soo buttery smooth, rich in flavour, and is good for you! Last night a bunch of us went to Kyoto for our good friend Alexis birthday dinner to nom on some Japanese food. We had warm sake flowing, food coming in constantly, and good conversations happening… good night all around.

Feel Good Music
For a good while now I’ve been listening to slower BPM music rather than banging 200+ BPM all day/night long. This mix that Sammy Bananas did the past month sums up what kind of music I like to listen/dance to now. When I listen to this kind of music it makes everything else go away and makes me feel good no matter what. Take a listen and tell me what you think!

You Know You Want SUM!
It’s been a ritual for my family & friends to go to Dim Sum on Sundays since I was born… today was no exception! I honestly wake up every Sunday and immediately send out a mass text message to get people to get dim sum. I either go to Jumbo or Golden Rice Bowl… either or are good in my opinion, BUT if you do go please don’t be alittle wuss and not try/eat the chicken...

Wasting My Minutes
Here is a throw back off Cudi’s old mixtape… classic instrumental, good melody, and funny ass lyrics. This is one of the songs that made me listen to him more more…enjoy!

Boulders In The Swiss
I stumbled upon a short film of Alex Savage and Les Warnock bouldering in the Swiss for 5 weeks. Great problems and a great video to get you pumped for your next climbing session. The best thing about videos is seeing how each climber moves in each problem and how each crushes each one. ENJOY!

Surrealistic Design
The newly opened Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida is a stunning piece of architecture that was derived from the surrealistic art/design of Salvador Dali. The company HOK is world renown for their designs and architecture master pieces; now they have another one on their list. They designed the museum with Salvador Dali in mind with two contrasting elements throughout the...

The Sartorialist
I’ve been following Scott Schumann for awhile now for his eye of fashion and his eye for simple/clean photography on the streets of New York, Tokyo, Paris, London, Monte Carlo, Milan, etc. He has been recently filmed for a short documentry about who he is, how he got started, and his reasoning for his blog The Sartorialist. If you love fashion & photography I do suggest checking out his...

RADIO!
Raphael Saadiq is BACK for a new album “Stone Rollin’” that will be releasing sometime this year. If you like jazzy, soulful, r&b sounds… this man is for you! His last album was one of my favourites of 2008 because his music made you instantly happy & wanting to dance/sing along. Stoked to see him making music again!

2010 To Me
The past year had it’s ups & downs it was overall a great year. I ate at a lot of different places, listened to a wide range of music, gained a lot of relationships, found out I really like climbing, learned my style of photography, traveled to the Philippines & Vancouver Island, found my niche in fashion, spent a lot of time with friends & family, and most importantly found out...
